00 HOUSE BILL NO. 123 01 "An Act relating to an amendment to the articles of incorporation of a corporation 02 organized under the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act; and providing for an 03 effective date." 04 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA: 05 * Section 1. AS 10.06.504(d) is amended to read: 06 (d) The requirement of an affirmative vote of at least two-thirds of the shares 07 entitled to vote for the adoption of an amendment to the articles of incorporation as 08 provided in former AS 10.05.276 shall remain in force for corporations existing before 09 July 1, 1989. This subsection does not apply to a corporation organized under 43 10 U.S.C. 1601 et seq. (Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act). 11 * Sec. 2. This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
