01 "An Act relating to investigations conducted by the Department of Commerce,                                             
02 Community, and Economic Development."                                                                                   
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1. AS 08.01.087 is amended by adding a new subsection to read:                                           
05            (d)  Before closing an investigation conducted under this section based on a                                 
06       complaint, the department shall notify the complainant and give the complainant 10                                
07       days to object.
