01 "An Act relating to the renewable energy grant fund and recommendation program;                                         
02 and providing for an effective date."                                                                                   
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1. Section 5, ch. 31, SLA 2008, as amended by sec. 3, ch. 12, SLA 2012, is                               
05 repealed.                                                                                                               
06    * Sec. 2. The uncodified law of the State of Alaska is amended by adding a new section to                          
07 read:                                                                                                                   
08       RETROACTIVITY AND REVIVAL. If this Act takes effect after June 30, 2023, the                                      
09 repeal made in this Act is retroactive to June 30, 2023, and revives AS 42.45.045.                                      
10    * Sec. 3. This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
