00                  SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 15                                                                   
01 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State                                         
02 Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 246, restricting the release of certain records of                               
03 convictions; relating to misconduct involving marijuana by persons 18, 19, or 20 years of                               
04 age; and amending Rule 17(h), Alaska Rules of Minor Offense Procedure.                                                  
05 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
06 That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of                                    
07 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding                             
08 changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of House Bill No. 246, restricting                       
09 the release of certain records of convictions; relating to misconduct involving marijuana by                            
10 persons 18, 19, or 20 years of age; and amending Rule 17(h), Alaska Rules of Minor Offense                              
11 Procedure.
