AS 14.08.031 is amended by adding a new subsection to read: 05 (e) Notwithstanding (a) of this section, Rampart School is part of the Yukon- 06 Koyukuk School District regional educational attendance area for all purposes. 07 * Sec. 2. This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
