01 "An Act repealing emergency powers of the commissioner of health and social services                                    
02 and certain provisions related to the response to the novel coronavirus disease; and                                    
03 providing for an effective date."                                                                                       
04 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
05    * Section 1. Sections 4, 13 - 16, 20, and 21(c) and (e), ch. 2, SLA 2021, are repealed.                            
06    * Sec. 2. This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
