11 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                             
12      That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of                               
13 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding                             
14 changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of Senate Bill No. 45, raising the                       
15 minimum age to purchase, sell, exchange, or possess tobacco, a product containing nicotine,                             



01 or an electronic smoking product; relating to selling a tobacco product; relating to possession                         
02 of tobacco, electronic smoking products, or products containing nicotine by a person under 21                           
03 years of age; relating to the definition of "nicotine"; relating to transporting tobacco, a product                     
04 containing nicotine, or an electronic smoking product; relating to the taxation of electronic                           
05 smoking products; relating to electronic smoking products; relating to the marketing of                                 
06 electronic smoking products; and relating to tobacco products.
