01 "An Act providing that Rampart School is located within the Yukon-Koyukuk School                                        
02 District regional educational attendance area; and providing for an effective date."                                    
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1.  AS 14.08.031 is amended by adding a new subsection to read:                                          
05            (e)  Notwithstanding (a) of this section, Rampart School is part of the Yukon-                               
06       Koyukuk School District regional educational attendance area for all purposes.                                    
07    * Sec. 2.  This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
