04    * Section 1. AS 08.03.010(c)(16) is amended to read:                                                                 
05                 (16)  Board of Pharmacy (AS 08.80.010) - June 30, 2028 [2022];                                        
06    * Sec. 2. AS 44.66.010(a)(1) is amended to read:                                                                     
07                 (1)  Alcoholic Beverage Control Board (AS 04.06.010) - June 30, 2027                                  
08       [2022];                                                                                                           
09    * Sec. 3. The uncodified law of the State of Alaska is amended by adding a new section to                            
10 read:                                                                                                                   
11       EXEMPTION FROM AS 44.66.050(e). Sections 1 and 2 of this Act are exempt from                                      
12 the provision of AS 44.66.050(e) that prohibits a bill from continuing or reestablishing more                           
13 than one board or commission.                                                                                           
14    * Sec. 4. This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
