01 "An Act making an appropriation for oil and gas tax credits; and providing for an                                       
02 effective date."                                                                                                        
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1. OIL AND GAS TAX CREDIT FUND. The sum of $60,000,000 is                                                  
05 appropriated from the general fund to the oil and gas tax credit fund (AS 43.55.028).                                   
06    * Sec. 2. LAPSE. The appropriation made in sec. 1 of this Act is for the capitalization of a                         
07 fund and does not lapse.                                                                                                
08    * Sec. 3. This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
