00 SENATE BILL NO. 208 01 "An Act making a special appropriation from the Alaska capstone avionics revolving 02 loan fund to a fund for electric vehicle infrastructure; and providing for an effective 03 date." 04 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA: 05 * Section 1. FUND TRANSFER. The balance of the Alaska capstone avionics revolving 06 loan fund (AS 44.33.655) on June 30, 2020, is appropriated to the electric vehicle 07 infrastructure fund (AS 44.33.700). 08 * Sec. 2. LAPSE. The appropriation made in this Act is for the capitalization of a fund and 09 does not lapse. 10 * Sec. 3. RETROACTIVITY. If this Act takes effect after July 1, 2020, this Act is 11 retroactive to July 1, 2020. 12 * Sec. 4. CONTINGENCY. The appropriation made in this Act is contingent on the passage 13 by the Thirty-First Alaska State Legislature in the Second Regular Session and enactment into 14 law of a bill establishing the electric vehicle infrastructure fund.
01 * Sec. 5. Section 3 of this Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c). 02 * Sec. 6. Except as provided in sec. 5 of this Act, this Act takes effect July 1, 2020.
