01 "An Act extending the termination date of the Board of Parole; and providing for an

03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1. AS 44.66.010(a)(2) is amended to read:                                                                
05                 (2)  Board of Parole (AS 33.16.020) - June 30, 2025 [2020];                                         
06    * Sec. 2. This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
