00 SENATE BILL NO. 17 01 "An Act making a special appropriation from the earnings reserve account for the 02 payment of supplemental permanent fund dividends; and providing for an effective 03 date." 04 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA: 05 * Section 1. ALASKA PERMANENT FUND CORPORATION. The sum of 06 $2,393,306,684 is appropriated from the earnings reserve account (AS 37.13.145) to the 07 dividend fund (AS 43.23.045(a)) for payment of a supplemental permanent fund dividend to 08 each individual 09 (1) who received a 2016, 2017, or 2018 permanent fund dividend; and 10 (2) eligible for a 2019 permanent fund dividend. 11 * Sec. 2. CONTINGENCY. The appropriation made by sec. 1 of this Act is contingent on 12 passage by the Thirty-First Alaska State Legislature and enactment into law of a bill directing 13 the commissioner of revenue to pay a supplemental permanent fund dividend to each 14 individual
01 (1) who received a 2016, 2017, or 2018 permanent fund dividend; and 02 (2) eligible for a 2019 permanent fund dividend. 03 * Sec. 3. This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
