01 "An Act making a special appropriation from the earnings reserve account for the                                        
02 payment of permanent fund dividends; and providing for an effective date."                                              
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1. ALASKA PERMANENT FUND. The amount authorized under                                                    
05 AS 37.13.145(b) for transfer by the Alaska Permanent Fund Corporation on June 30, 2019,                                 
06 estimated to be $1,944,000,000, is appropriated from the earnings reserve account                                       
07 (AS 37.13.145) to the dividend fund (AS 43.23.045(a)) for the payment of permanent fund                                 
08 dividends and for administrative and associated costs for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2020.                         
09    * Sec. 2. LAPSE. The appropriation made in sec. 1 of this Act is for the capitalization of a                       
10 fund and does not lapse.                                                                                                
11    * Sec. 3. This Act takes effect July 1, 2019.
