00 HOUSE BILL NO. 139 01 "An Act providing an exemption from the state procurement code for the acquisition of 02 investment-related services for assets managed by the Board of Trustees of the Alaska 03 Permanent Fund Corporation." 04 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA: 05 * Section 1. AS 36.30.850(b) is amended by adding a new paragraph to read: 06 (51) a contract of the Board of Trustees of the Alaska Permanent Fund 07 Corporation under AS 37.13 to provide investment-related services for assets managed 08 by the Alaska Permanent Fund Corporation.
