01 "An Act relating to performance reviews and audits of state agencies, the University of                                 
02 Alaska, and the Alaska Court System; and providing for an effective date."                                              
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1. Section 11, ch. 19, SLA 2013, is amended to read:                                                     
05            Sec. 11. AS 24.20.231(7), 24.20.271(2), 24.20.311(b); AS 44.66.020,                                          
06       44.66.040, and 44.66.070(2) are repealed July 1, 2019 [2023].                                                 
07    * Sec. 2. This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
