01 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature,                            
02 concerning House Bill No. 312, relating to arrest without a warrant for assault in the fourth                           
03 degree at a health care facility; and relating to an aggravating factor at sentencing for a felony                      
04 offense against a medical professional at a health care facility.

06 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                             
07      That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of                               
08 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding                             
09 changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of House Bill No. 312, relating to                       
10 arrest without a warrant for assault in the fourth degree at a health care facility; and relating to                    
11 an aggravating factor at sentencing for a felony offense against a medical professional at a                            
12 health care facility.
