00                   HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 34                                                                   
01 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State                                         
02 Legislature, concerning Senate Bill No. 104, relating to the duties of the Department of                                
03 Education and Early Development; relating to the duties of the state Board of Education                                 
04 and Early Development; relating to school curricula; and relating to a system for                                       
05 managing student information and records related to individualized education                                            
06 programs for children with disabilities.                                                                                
07 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
08 That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of                                    
09 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding                             
10 changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of Senate Bill No. 104, relating to                      
11 the duties of the Department of Education and Early Development; relating to the duties of the                          
12 state Board of Education and Early Development; relating to school curricula; and relating to                           
13 a system for managing student information and records related to individualized education                               
14 programs for children with disabilities.
