AS 08.03.010(c)(21) is amended to read: 05 (21) Board of Social Work Examiners (AS 08.95.010) - June 30, 2026 06 [2018]; 07 * Sec. 2. AS 08.95.010(a) is amended to read: 08 (a) There is created the Board of Social Work Examiners composed of five 09 members, as follows: one member licensed under this chapter as a baccalaureate social 10 worker; one member licensed under this chapter as a master social worker; two 11 members licensed under this chapter as clinical social workers; and one public 12 member who has never been licensed under this chapter. At least one of the licensed 13 members must be a person who is not an employee of a federal, state, or local
01 government [OR OF A PRIVATE NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION THAT IS 02 EXEMPT FROM FEDERAL INCOME TAX]. 03 * Sec. 3. This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
