AS 04.06.030 is amended by adding a new subsection to read: 08 (d) A member who has served all or part of three successive terms on the 09 board may not be reappointed to the board unless three years have elapsed since the 10 person has last served on the board. 11 * Sec. 2. AS 04.06.075 is amended by adding a new subsection to read: 12 (b) The director is not a member of the board and may not vote on a matter 13 before the board.
