00 CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 105(FIN) 01 "An Act prohibiting the taking of wolves and the use of certain traps and snares in 02 certain areas adjacent to the Denali National Park and Preserve." 03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA: 04 * Section 1. AS 16.05 is amended by adding a new section to read: 05 Sec. 16.05.784. Prohibition on the taking of wolves and the use of certain 06 traps and snares in certain areas adjacent to the Denali National Park and 07 Preserve. (a) A person may not take a wolf or use a cable snare with a diameter 08 greater than 3/32 of an inch or a leg-hold trap with a jaw spread greater than five 09 inches within the boundaries of the parcels described in this subsection, as follows: 10 (1) Township 11 South, Range 7 West, Fairbanks Meridian 11 Sections All; 12 (2) Township 11 South, Range 8 West, Fairbanks Meridian 13 Sections All; 14 (3) Township 12 South, Range 6 West, Fairbanks Meridian
