03    * Section 1. AS 05.15.690(40) is amended to read:                                                                    
04                 (40)  "race classic" means a game of chance where prizes are awarded                                    
05       for the closest guess or guesses of the official winning times of a human race or races,                          
06       and is limited to the                                                                                             
07                      (A)  Mt. Marathon Race Classic operated and administered by                                      
08            the Seward Chamber of Commerce Convention and Visitors' Bureau; and                                        
09                      (B) Race to Alaska Classic operated and administered by                                          
10            the Greater Ketchikan Chamber of Commerce;
