00 HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 27 01 Proposing an amendment to the Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature relating 02 to the time limit on introduction of bills and resolutions. 03 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA: 04 * Section 1. Rule 44, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, is amended to read: 05 Rule 44. Time Limit on Introduction. No bill or resolution other than one 06 sponsored by a standing committee may be introduced after the twenty-fifth 07 [THIRTY-FIFTH] day of the second regular session of the legislature. A bill or 08 resolution not sponsored by a standing committee and for introduction as 09 permitted by this rule must be requested from the Legislative Affairs Agency by 10 the 18th day of the second regular session.
