01 Proposing an amendment to the Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature relating                                    
02 to the jurisdiction of standing committees.                                                                             
03 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
04    * Section 1. Rule 20, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, is amended by adding                          
05 a new subsection to read:                                                                                               
06            (c)  The jurisdiction of a standing committee over programs and activities                                   
07       under (a) of this rule includes regulations that are proposed or adopted to implement                             
08       those programs and activities.
