01 "An Act relating to workers' compensation fees for medical treatment and services;                                      
02 providing for an effective date by amending the effective date of sec. 5, ch. 63, SLA 2014;                             
03 and providing for an effective date."                                                                                   
04 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
05    * Section 1. Section 5, ch. 63, SLA 2014, is amended to read:                                                    
06            Sec. 5. Section 1 of this Act and AS 23.30.097(j) - (p), added by sec. 2 of this                             
07       Act, take effect December 1, 2015 [JULY 1, 2015].                                                             
08    * Sec. 2. Section 1 of this Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
