SCR 26: Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 47, requiring a party seeking a restraining order, preliminary injunction, or order vacating or staying the operation of certain permits affecting an industrial operation to give security in the amount the court considers proper for costs incurred and damages suffered if the industrial operation is wrongfully enjoined or restrained.

00 SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 26 01 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State 02 Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 47, requiring a party seeking a restraining order, 03 preliminary injunction, or order vacating or staying the operation of certain permits 04 affecting an industrial operation to give security in the amount the court considers 05 proper for costs incurred and damages suffered if the industrial operation is wrongfully 06 enjoined or restrained. 07 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA: 08 That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of 09 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding 10 changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of House Bill No. 47, requiring a 11 party seeking a restraining order, preliminary injunction, or order vacating or staying the 12 operation of certain permits affecting an industrial operation to give security in the amount the 13 court considers proper for costs incurred and damages suffered if the industrial operation is 14 wrongfully enjoined or restrained.
