00                   SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 9                                                                   
01 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State                                         
02 Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 71, requiring the Department of Commerce,                                        
03 Community, and Economic Development to file an annual report to the legislature                                         
04 regarding statewide and regional economic development projects and regional                                             
05 development organizations; and extending the termination date of the Alaska regional                                    
06 economic assistance program.                                                                                            
07 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
08       That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of                              
09 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding                             
10 changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of House Bill No. 71, requiring                          
11 the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development to file an annual                                       
12 report to the legislature regarding statewide and regional economic development projects and                            
13 regional development organizations; and extending the termination date of the Alaska                                    
14 regional economic assistance program.
