00                   HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 11                                                                   
01 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State                                         
02 Legislature, concerning Senate Joint Resolution No. 3, urging the United States                                         
03 Congress to pass legislation to open the coastal plain of the Arctic National Wildlife                                  
04 Refuge to oil and gas exploration, development, and production; relating to oil and gas                                 
05 exploration, development, production, and royalties; and relating to renewable and                                      
06 alternative energy technologies.                                                                                        
07 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
08       That under Rules 49(a) and 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the                                 
09 provisions of Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State                                      
10 Legislature, regarding changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of Senate                         
11 Joint Resolution No. 3, urging the United States Congress to pass legislation to open the                               
12 coastal plain of the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge to oil and gas exploration, development,                           
13 and production; relating to oil and gas exploration, development, production, and royalties;                            
14 and relating to renewable and alternative energy technologies.
