01 "An Act repealing the delayed repeal of the Alaska senior benefits payment program;                                     
02 and providing for an effective date."                                                                                   
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1. Section 4, ch. 1, FSSLA 2007, as amended by sec. 5, ch. 6, SLA 2011, is                               
05 repealed.                                                                                                               
06    * Sec. 2. This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
