01 "An Act naming the northbound Chena Flood Channel Crossing Bridge the Nellie                                            
02 Miller Bridge and naming the southbound Chena Flood Channel Crossing Bridge the                                         
03 Con Miller Bridge."                                                                                                     
04 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
05    * Section 1. AS 35.40 is amended by adding new sections to read:                                                   
06            Sec. 35.40.355. Nellie Miller Bridge. The northbound Chena Flood Channel                                   
07       Bridge, bridge number 1364, is named the Nellie Miller Bridge.                                                    
08            Sec. 35.40.360. Con Miller Bridge. The southbound Chena Flood Channel                                      
09       Bridge, bridge number 1866, is named the Con Miller Bridge.
