00                  SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 38                                                                   
01 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State                                         
02 Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 279, relating to extending the termination dates                                 
03 of the Board of Nursing, the Board of Dental Examiners, the Board of Barbers and                                        
04 Hairdressers, the Big Game Commercial Services Board, the Alcoholic Beverage                                            
05 Control Board, and the Alaska Seismic Hazards Safety Commission.                                                        
06 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
07       That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of                              
08 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding                             
09 changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of House Bill No. 279, relating to                       
10 extending the termination dates of the Board of Nursing, the Board of Dental Examiners, the                             
11 Board of Barbers and Hairdressers, the Big Game Commercial Services Board, the Alcoholic                                
12 Beverage Control Board, and the Alaska Seismic Hazards Safety Commission.
