01 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature,                            
02 concerning House Bill No. 121, establishing the commercial charter fisheries revolving loan                             
03 fund, the mariculture revolving loan fund, and the Alaska microloan revolving loan fund and                             
04 relating to those funds and loans from those funds.

06 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                             
07      That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of                               
08 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding                             
09 changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of House Bill No. 121,                                   
10 establishing the commercial charter fisheries revolving loan fund, the mariculture revolving                            
11 loan fund, and the Alaska microloan revolving loan fund and relating to those funds and loans                           
12 from those funds.
