00                  SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 36                                                                   
01 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State                                         
02 Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 333, relating to the disposition of certain unused                               
03 campaign contributions; and relating to public office expense term accounts and public                                  
04 office expense term account reserves.                                                                                   
05 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
06       That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of                              
07 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding                             
08 changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of House Bill No. 333, relating to                       
09 the disposition of certain unused campaign contributions; and relating to public office expense                         
10 term accounts and public office expense term account reserves.
