00                  SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 14                                                                   
01 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State                                         
02 Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 127, relating to the crimes of stalking, online                                  
03 enticement of a minor, unlawful exploitation of a minor, endangering the welfare of a                                   
04 child, sending an explicit image of a minor, harassment, and misconduct involving                                       
05 confidential information; relating to probation; relating to the subpoena power of the                                  
06 attorney general in cases involving use of an Internet service account; relating to an                                  
07 appearance before a judicial officer after arrest; relating to penalties for operating a                                
08 vehicle without possessing proof of motor vehicle liability insurance or a driver's license;                            
09 relating to penalties for certain arson offenses; and amending Rule 5(a)(1), Alaska Rules                               
10 of Criminal Procedure, and Rule 43.10, Alaska Rules of Administration.                                                  
11 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
12       That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of                              
13 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding                             

01 changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of House Bill No. 127, relating to                       
02 the crimes of stalking, online enticement of a minor, unlawful exploitation of a minor,                                 
03 endangering the welfare of a child, sending an explicit image of a minor, harassment, and                               
04 misconduct involving confidential information; relating to probation; relating to the subpoena                          
05 power of the attorney general in cases involving use of an Internet service account; relating to                        
06 an appearance before a judicial officer after arrest; relating to penalties for operating a vehicle                     
07 without possessing proof of motor vehicle liability insurance or a driver's license; relating to                        
08 penalties for certain arson offenses; and amending Rule 5(a)(1), Alaska Rules of Criminal                               
09 Procedure, and Rule 43.10, Alaska Rules of Administration.
