01 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature,                            
02 concerning House Bill No. 28, relating to temporary courtesy licenses for certain nonresident                           
03 professionals and to a temporary exemption from fees and other licensing requirements for                               
04 active duty members of the armed forces.

06 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                             
07      That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of                               
08 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding                             
09 changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of House Bill No. 28, relating to                        
10 temporary courtesy licenses for certain nonresident professionals and to a temporary                                    
11 exemption from fees and other licensing requirements for active duty members of the armed                               
12 forces.
