00 SENATE BILL NO. 221 01 "An Act relating to the disposition of proceeds from the alcoholic beverage tax and to 02 the alcohol and other drug abuse treatment and prevention fund." 03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA: 04 * Section 1. AS 43.60.050(a) is amended to read: 05 (a) The alcohol and other drug abuse treatment and prevention fund is 06 established in the general fund. The Department of Administration shall separately 07 account for [50 PERCENT OF] the tax collected under AS 43.60.010 and deposit it 08 into the alcohol and other drug abuse treatment and prevention fund.
