01 "An Act making a special appropriation to capitalize the alternative energy revolving                                   
02 loan fund; and providing for an effective date."                                                                        
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1. The sum of $10,000,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the                                   
05 Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development to capitalize the                                           
06 alternative energy revolving loan fund (AS 45.88.010).                                                                  
07    * Sec. 2. LAPSE. The appropriation made by this Act is for the capitalization of a fund and                        
08 does not lapse.                                                                                                         
09    * Sec. 3. This Act takes effect July 1, 2011.
