03    * Section 1. AS 44.12 is amended by adding a new section to article 2 to read:                                     
04            Sec. 44.12.125. Alaska National Guard Day. Alaska National Guard Day is                                    
05       established on July 30 of each year to honor the Alaska National Guard. Alaska                                    
06       National Guard Day may be observed by suitable observances and exercises by the                                   
07       Alaska National Guard, civic groups, and the public.
