03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1. AS 34.40 is amended by adding a new section to read:                                                  
05            Sec. 35.40.235. Walter L. Kubley Ketchikan Ferry Terminal. The                                             
06       Ketchikan ferry terminal is named the Walter L. Kubley Ketchikan Ferry Terminal.
