01 "An Act making a special appropriation to the Knik Arm Crossing fund; and providing                                     
02 for an effective date."                                                                                                 
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1. The sum of $150,000,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the Knik                             
05 Arm Crossing fund (AS 19.75.345).                                                                                       
06    * Sec. 2. CONTINGENCY. Section 1 of this Act is contingent on passage by the Twenty-                               
07 Seventh Alaska State Legislature in the First Regular Session and enactment into law of the                             
08 Knik Arm Crossing fund.                                                                                                 
09    * Sec. 3. The appropriation made by this Act is for the capitalization of a fund and does not                      
10 lapse.                                                                                                                  
11    * Sec. 4. This Act takes effect July 1, 2011.
