00 SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 23 01 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State 02 Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 294, amending the termination date of certain 03 statutes relating to the use, operation, and regulation of boats, a uniform state waterway 04 marking system, and civil liability for boat owners by extending the termination date by 05 two years. 06 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA: 07 That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of 08 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding 09 changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of House Bill No. 294, amending 10 the termination date of certain statutes relating to the use, operation, and regulation of boats, a 11 uniform state waterway marking system, and civil liability for boat owners by extending the 12 termination date by two years.
