04 pending appeal; relating to material witnesses; relating to temporary release; relating to                              
05 release on a petition to revoke probation; relating to the first appearance before a judicial                           
06 officer after arrest; relating to service of process for domestic violence protective orders;                           
07 making conforming amendments; and amending Rules 5 and 41, Alaska Rules of Criminal                                     
08 Procedure, and Rules 206 and 603, Alaska Rules of Appellate Procedure.

10 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                             
11      That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of                               
12 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding                             
13 changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of House Bill No. 324, relating to                       

01 the crime of failure to appear; relating to arrest for violating certain conditions of release;                         
02 relating to release before trial, before sentence, and pending appeal; relating to material                             
03 witnesses; relating to temporary release; relating to release on a petition to revoke probation;                        
04 relating to the first appearance before a judicial officer after arrest; relating to service of                         
05 process for domestic violence protective orders; making conforming amendments; and                                      
06 amending Rules 5 and 41, Alaska Rules of Criminal Procedure, and Rules 206 and 603,                                     
07 Alaska Rules of Appellate Procedure.
