00 SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 22 01 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State 02 Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 324, relating to the crime of failure to appear; 03 relating to arrest for violating certain conditions of release; relating to release before 04 trial, before sentence, and pending appeal; relating to material witnesses; relating to 05 temporary release; relating to release on a petition to revoke probation; relating to the 06 first appearance before a judicial officer after arrest; relating to service of process for 07 domestic violence protective orders; making conforming amendments; and amending 08 Rules 5 and 41, Alaska Rules of Criminal Procedure, and Rules 206 and 603, Alaska 09 Rules of Appellate Procedure. 10 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA: 11 That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of 12 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding 13 changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of House Bill No. 324, relating to
