00 SENATE BILL NO. 274 01 "An Act naming the state fish hatchery on the Elmendorf Air Force Base the William 02 Jack Hernandez Sport Fish Hatchery." 03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA: 04 * Section 1. AS 35.40 is amended by adding a new section to read: 05 Sec. 35.40.225. The state fish hatchery located on the Elmendorf Air Force 06 Base in Anchorage is named the William Jack Hernandez Sport Fish Hatchery.
