01 "An Act changing the name of the Alaska Aerospace Development Corporation to                                            
02 Alaska Aerospace Corporation."                                                                                          
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1. AS 14.40.821(a) is amended to read:                                                                   
05            (a)  The Alaska Aerospace [DEVELOPMENT] Corporation is created as a                                          
06       public corporation of the state. The corporation is a body corporate and politic located                          
07       for administrative purposes within the Department of Commerce, Community, and                                     
08       Economic Development and affiliated with the University of Alaska but with a                                      
09       separate and independent legal existence.                                                                         
10    * Sec. 2. The uncodified law of the State of Alaska is amended by adding a new section to                          
11 read:                                                                                                                   
12       REVISOR'S INSTRUCTION. The revisor of statutes shall substitute "Alaska                                           
13 Aerospace Corporation" for "Alaska Aerospace Development Corporation" in                                                
14            (1)  AS 14.40.841(a), 14.40.951(a), 14.40.956, 14.40.990(1), 14.40.990(2);
