01 "An Act repealing the repeal of preventative and restorative adult dental services                                      
02 reimbursement under Medicaid; providing for an effective date by repealing the                                          
03 effective date of sec. 3, ch. 52, SLA 2006; and providing for an effective date."                                       
04 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
05    * Section 1. Sections 3 and 5, ch. 52, SLA 2006, are repealed.                                                     
06    * Sec. 2. The uncodified law of the State of Alaska is amended by adding a new section to                          
07 read:                                                                                                                   
08       RETROACTIVITY. If this Act takes effect after June 30, 2009, it is retroactive to                                 
09 June 30, 2009.                                                                                                          
10    * Sec. 3. Section 7, ch. 52, SLA 2006, is repealed.                                                                
11    * Sec. 4. This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
