01 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature,                            
02 concerning SJR 21, proposing amendments to the Constitution of the State of Alaska relating                             
03 to and increasing the number of members of the house of representatives to forty-eight and the                          
04 number of members of the senate to twenty-four.

06 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                             
07      That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of                               
08 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding                             
09 changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of SJR 21, proposing amendments                          
10 to the Constitution of the State of Alaska relating to and increasing the number of members of                          
11 the house of representatives to forty-eight and the number of members of the senate to twenty-                          
12 four.
