01 "An Act relating to the tax applicable to the production of natural gas used in the state                               
02 as fuel or feedstock in producing a manufactured end product."                                                          
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1. AS 43.55.900(24) is amended to read:                                                                  
05                 (24)  "used in the state" means delivered for consumption as fuel in the                                
06       state, including as fuel consumed to generate electricity, or used as fuel or feedstock                       
07       in a manufacturing process creating an end product in the state, regardless of the                            
08       final disposition of the manufactured end product.
