AS 14.17.470, as amended by sec. 10, ch. 9, SLA 2008, and by sec. 2 of this 05 Act, is amended to read: 06 Sec. 14.17.470. Base student allocation. The base student allocation is $5,880 07 [$5,780]. 08 * Sec. 2. Section 10, ch. 9, SLA 2008, is repealed and reenacted to read: 09 Sec. 10. AS 14.17.470, as amended by secs. 8 and 9 of this Act, is repealed and 10 reenacted to read: 11 Sec. 14.17.470. Base student allocation. The base student allocation is 12 $5,780. 13 * Sec. 3. The uncodified law of the State of Alaska is amended by adding a new section to 14 read:
01 RETROACTIVITY. If sec. 2 of this Act takes effect after July 1, 2010, it is retroactive 02 to July 1, 2010. 03 * Sec. 4. Section 1 of this Act takes effect July 1, 2011. 04 * Sec. 5. Section 3 of this Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
