01 "An Act relating to manufacturing from natural gas products and limiting the                                            
02 production tax applicable to natural gas produced from a lease or property outside the                                  
03 Cook Inlet sedimentary basin and used for an end product that is manufactured in the                                    
04 state."                                                                                                                 
05 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
06    * Section 1. AS 43.55.900(24) is amended to read:                                                                  
07                 (24)  "used in the state" means delivered for consumption as fuel in the                                
08       state, including as fuel consumed to generate electricity, or used by a person as raw                         
09       material for creating an end product that is manufactured in the state.
